Passionate for running and cardio, Nichole has trained and participated in a number of 5k, 10k, ½ marathon events. Nichole played volleyball for 13 years and extended her training to a collegiate level. After having her son, she realized that every part of her body had shifted. She became involved with Club Pilates and was won over! It was only when she discovered how Pilates has long-term effects on mind, body and soul that she was able to fully express her love for helping others and completing the Teacher Training Program to obtain her certification as a Pilates instructor to help others through their own personal journeys!

  • Julia Martinez

    Instructor & Social Media/Event Coordinator

Social Media and Event Coordinator: Julia was born and raised in California and moved to Texas when she was 18 years old. She is currently studying to be a Sports Nutrition Coach and hopes to be a Pilates instructor in the future, as well. Julia comes from an athletic background -- she spent her entire life playing competitive volleyball and continued to play until her second year of college. After she retired her volleyball career, it wasn’t long before she found her love for Pilates. Her favorite thing about Pilates is that it's an incredible work out for your mind, body, and soul. Julia's goal for the future is to one day move back to Southern California and teach athletes about nutrition and help them fall in love with being healthy while teaching pilates and living a simple life along the beach with her family.

  • Rory Brown

    Pilates Instructor
  • Stormie Partee

    Apprentice Instructor

Stormie Partee is your everyday, west Texas gal! Originally from Big Spring, TX Stormie had a very active and athletic upbringing. Before graduating high school and moving the DFW to attend University of North Texas to study Risk Management and Insurance, she spent much of her time playing club volleyball and incorporated her love for the sport throughout her college years through intermural. In 2018, after suffering from her second knee injury (while playing volleyball) Stormie was introduced to Pilates through her rehabilitation specialist -- when Parkway Central opened their doors she was first in line! She immediately fell in love with the fitness program, and was committed to being in the studio every day the doors were open. She took her love for the program to the next level in July 2019, and decided to enter the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program with the goal of becoming a successful Club Pilates instructor. She currently continues to excel in the insurance industry and is Assistant Vice President / Associate Account Executive with Marsh Wortham, a division of Marsh USA Inc. Stormie is a devoted daughter, sister, ‘Auntie’ and most importantly, a Mom to two beautiful boys; Graham Alan and Carder Knox. One of her biggest hopes to come from Pilates is that her boys recognize the importance of a great fitness program and healthy lifestyle – to be a role model exerting strength, independence, positivity and determination. With all of those characteristics in mind, she wishes to spread her love for Pilates to every person she encounters.

  • Jenni Powell

    Pilates Instructor

I grew up in South Florida and therefore my first experience with physical activity mostly centered around swimming, scuba diving, and sand volleyball. I went to the University of Florida (go gators!) for an undergraduate degree in Geological Sciences and a graduate degree in Secondary Science Education. After graduating I moved to Maryland and became a high school science teacher teaching various ages and subjects for the next 14 years. There I met my husband, Chris, and had two kids Rebecca and Dylan. It was also there that I went on a hiking trip, fell, and greatly injured my lower back. After medication and lots of rest I started to work my way back to proper functionality through one-on-one training with a yoga instructor. Many years later I came upon a Club Pilates studio and fell in love. It combined everything I had known about yoga, aerobic exercise, and strength training. I will always have lower back problems but Pilates helps me to keep my core strong to manage the pain and led me through a major weight loss journey. After moving to Texas I decided to leave the public school system and put my passion into teaching that which I feel so strongly about; the art of Pilates. I am so excited to be an instructor at Club Pilates Parkway Central and to be on your fitness journey with you!
