Dr. Aref Obagi is a board-certified internist and cardiologist with specialized training in interventional cardiology. He holds additional certification as a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI) with expertise in ultrasound imaging, exercise stress testing, and other diagnostic care. Dr. Obagi currently serves as chair of the Internal Medicine and Cardiology Depart. and as director of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital. He has been caring for N. Texas hearts since 2022 with a focus on preventive cardiology; lipid and cholesterol management; and the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral vascular disease, heart failure, valvular heart disease, pulmonary embolism, and arrhythmias.
